Designing a better ATM experience

This post takes you through some interesting aspects of the design process for the new interface of Wells Fargo Bank’s 7000+ ATMs.
Especially cool is the ability to insert cash and checks and have the machine scan and analyze them one-by-one.
Everything should be so thoughtfully designed and tested before being unleashed on the general, unsuspecting public!
